With the passing of a loved one or some kind of life tragedy, typically a sense of loss and grief will be unearthed and linger and stew if not processed. Our American lifestyle lends itself to encourage individuals to keep moving on, push their grief away or deal with it behind closed doors. This can prompt people to channel this energy in unhealthy ways or close themselves off from themselves or others.

Grief can manifest in a variety of forms and can impact people at different points in their life.  From the death of a loved one to losing a cherished job, an animal passing away, moving from a certain place, loss of freedoms, significant financial shifts, or the cancellation of certain rituals or celebrations; grief can overtake and limit as well as hold back people from living a full and thriving life.  Our modern American culture has a lot to benefit from better supporting its community members during times of grief.

Start the New Year off in a fresh and in an authentic manner by gathering your friends and family to support you in whatever grief it is you may be experiencing.  By holding space for you and others to process collectively, you can be guided to let go of whatever emotions are ready to be let go of and move with your grief in a loving and compassionate way.  This can also allow you to foster deeper and more meaningful connections with the ones you care most about most and support everyone in developing more tools to live in this ambiguous and uncertain time.

Given that we are still experiencing a global pandemic, these family and friend grief circles will take place over zoom.  This package includes:

  •  Half hour initial consultation to understand the desires and wishes for the circle

  • Drawn up flow that can be adjusted as necessary to meet your needs

  • Facilitated 1 – 2 hour grief circle

  • Follow up resources for people to continue journeying and feel supported after the experience
